Turnaround Times
All our items are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 2 weeks for in-stock fabrics. In the unlikely event of delays, Lily and Ted will contact you as soon as possible.
Pre Orders
Items which are pre ordered will take a little while longer as they are ordered in when required. The fabric designs have to be sent away for printing and this will take approximately 6-8 weeks to reach us. Once they arrive with us, we aim to dispatch within a few days. Sometimes, fabric may be in stock already in which case it will be subject to normal turnaround times.
Unfortunately delays can occur and in the unlikely event I will contact customers who are affected as soon as possible. Please order Halloween and Christmas prints in plenty of time.
If orders are a combination of in stock and pre orders they will be sent once all the fabric is in stock unless requested otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges
All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. If this is not the case then the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and original postage costs will not be refunded.
Locally charged fees for International Orders
Unfortunately, Lily and Ted cannot be responsible for additional fees such as customs or import tax or for any delays caused by the processing of International orders once your items have been dispatched. We recommend you order in plenty of time. Legally, Lily and Ted must add the total costs of the items on the customs declaration.
